My name is Nancy Hannifin and I am the proud owner of Fossil Ridge Doggie Playcare. You and your pups will love it here!
I grew up in San Angelo, TX, and worked for my dad Richard Lee selling travel trailers and mobile homes at Lee RV. I learned everything about running a business and how important customer service was from him, he was honest, worked hard, and passed that down to his kids. At 17 I joined the Air Force to refuel aircraft and have always loved my country. After that, I had my daughter and taught special education for 13 years.
In 2011 when my mom passed away, I decided life was too short to work at something you don’t love. I opened Elite Pet Sitting Services and ran it for 8 years in my hometown before making the move to Austin in 2018 to be closer to my daughter! I love my job! I love seeing happy pets, playing fetch, and snuggling with sleepy pups on the couch in our office.
